Summer is a great time to buy a laptop, especially when you can get hundreds of dollars knocked off the original retail price. There are also some strong sales on Seagate storage devices. That’s also not to mention the deals on Dell products that we covered yesterday.

Seagate BarraCuda 8TB HDD ($149.99)

SSDs might dominate the high-speed storage market today, but they still can’t compete in raw storage size with a good ol’ fashion hard drive. This one was designed by Seagate with an enormous 8TB of storage space and a large 256MB cache that helps to accelerate file navigation. Amazon cut 33 percent off this drive’s $224.99 MSRP and is currently offering it for just $149.99.

Samsung Odyssey+ Windows Mixed Reality HMD ($299.00)

Samsung’s Odyssey+ WMR HMD uses high-quality AMOLED display panels to create immersive images with a resolution of 2880×1660. Pick up the two included wireless controllers and connect to a PC and you are ready to jump head first into MR games. Originally priced at $499.99, you can get this HMD for just $299.00 from Amazon.

Seagate Backup Plus Portable 5TB ($99.99)

With 5TB of storage space, you can keep backup copies of just about everything saved on this little external drive, which will keep you safe in the event that the storage device inside your PC was to go out. Amazon is offering this drive today for $99.99, which is down from its original price of $159.99.

Panasonic Toaster Oven NB-G110P ($90.20)

Panasonic designed this toaster oven with a quartz and ceramic heating element that is highly efficient. Panasonic claimed that this allows the oven to cook up to 40 percent faster than more conventional toaster ovens, which will help you finish cooking faster and back to working (or gaming!). If you don’t already have a toaster oven, you can get this one from Amazon with a 25 percent discount that drops its price from $119.99 to $90.20.

Asus 15.6-Inch TUF Gaming Laptop FX505DY-ES51 ($599.99)

Equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5 3550H processor and an AMD Radeon RX 560X graphics processor with 4GB of GDDR5, this system is able to create a decent gaming experience for those that can’t afford an expensive gaming system. The system is also reasonably light for a gaming system at just 4.85 pounds and its 15.6-inch IPS display has narrow 6.5mm bezels. After a $100 discount from Amazon, this system drops from its already well-priced $699.99 price point down to just $599.99.

Lenovo Ideapad 330s 15.6-Inch Laptop ($499.00)

This isn’t a system that you want to consider if you plan on gaming, but it’s well suited as a home or office system. It comes with a quad-core Intel Core i7-8550U processor with 4GB of DDR4 memory, a 16GB Intel Optane device, and a 1TB HDD. Having used one of these systems before, I can also say that the system’s chicklet-style keyboard is one of the best that I’ve had the pleasure to use. Knocked down from $649.00 to $499.00 on Walmart’s website, this system is an excellent deal.

Dell Alienware Aurora Gaming Desktop ($1,444.99)

This model of Dell’s Aurora gaming desktop comes with a Core i7-8700 processor and a powerful Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card with 8GB of GDDR6. A 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD is included with the system and should have plenty of space to store all of your games and files. By using promo code SAVE15AFF at checking, you can get this system from Dell marked down from $2,129.99 to just $1,444.99.

Asus ROG Zephyrus S GX531GS-AH76 ($1,299.99)

Asus’s ROG Zephyrus S is a remarkably compact gaming notebook that manages to fit in an Intel Core i7-8750H CPU along with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Max-Q graphics processor inside a chassis that is just 0.62-inches thin and weighs a negligible 4.6 pounds. Part of the reason for this system’s compact size and weight is that it uses a magnesium alloy body. A gaming PC of this quality would typically set you back $1,799, but Amazon is offering it today for just $1,299.99. Don’t be alarmed by the “Temporarily Out Of Stock” notice either. If you are interested in buying this system, you can go ahead and place an order and lock this price in now, then your system will ship as soon as more come in stock.
