EU Seeks to Prevent Hike in U.S. Auto Tariffs



Mar.06 — EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom will meet with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer today to progress toward a trade deal before year end. A sweeping U.S.-Europe agreement hit a major road block a year ago when the U.S. slapped 25% tariffs on European steel and aluminum. Bloomberg’s Maria Tadeo reports on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe.”
