  1. Yes, my T-mobile iPhone Xs Max is dropping service in places my iPhone X did not. All bars drop and then I can’t use data or anything. And then it randomly comes back up minutes later.

The battery drains faster than my iPhone X did last year for some odd reason. Software fix from Apple maybe?

  2. Watching you set up face ID, I think most people do it wrong. Rather than moving your head around, move the phone around so it catches a view of your face at angles it will actually see, like when you have it in your hand at waist level. I don't have an X, so I can't try it, but I bet it makes face ID work better.

  3. Those iPhone wallpapers that make it look like it doesn't have a notch are just abominable. You should make your own with white background and half a dozen red arrows pointing at the notch just as a countermeasure.

  4. I hate notches.. I want room for more info in my statusbar. Not less😐
And I wonder how much Apple paid to get better ratings on the OLED in their phone than the actual manufacture does🤔 That's just wired😂

  5. Well, just the Display panel from the Xs Max does cost 80,50 US Dollar (most expensive part of the whole device) – JUST the component itself. I expect it to be one of the best (didn't expect it to beat Note 9 tho)
    The A12 Chip + Modems is $72, 256gb Flash storage $65, Steel Frame $58.
Whole device costs $443 to just make. Without counting on Apple's spendings on Marketing, advertising, development costs of the device itself / iOS12 / testing phases, etc.
Profit margin is still far higher than on any Android smartphone. But there is a reason it can NOT possibly be sold for 400 Dollar, like a Xiaomi Mi 8 / Pocophone F1 etc.

  6. Yea I had the Note 8 and got the XsMax and I’ve had half signal bars to one inside the house, my connection outside is noticeably slower when streaming videos. I think the phone does have real connections issues where the antennas are concerned

  7. Wtf? same battery life on XS and XS MAX like the iPhone X? I got the iPhone X and in 4G LTE the battery life sucks. I thought buying the iPhone XS MAX but now I'm thinking no. Maybe I'll keep my iPhone X and wait until next year. Even the $299 poco f1 phone gave me 26 hours of battery on 4G LTE
