Nation's top court to decide whether law that bans encouraging illegal immigration unconstitutional

The nation’s highest court is set to review a law that will determine whether persuading others to violate U.S. immigration law is protected by the First Amendment. One America’s Adonis Albright takes a look at the case.

  1. Promoting illegal immigration is a racist program. Since White illegals do not show up on Department of Labor employment statistics, so an employer can use illegals to displace citizen Blacks with White illegals for less cash outlay and not worry about a discrimination lawsuit.

  2. The First Amendment provides for allowing libtards to cry and whine about how the borders aren't open. It does not provide for allowing collusion, aiding and abetting, or other forms of assisting in the commission of crimes.

  3. I always was under the impression that aiding and abetting was always Illegal.I PERSONALLY believe, when an illegal is found to have been aided by a citizen, the Citizen should either face criminal charges, or the choice of being SHIPPED out with the alien.

  4. The Constitution is specific it is called enticing illegal entry and it is a felony. It is also a felony to feed, employ, house or transport any known illegal alien. If a citizen aiding an illegal alien that commits a crime that citizen becomes an accessory to it including murder which could lead to the death penalty under federal law.

  5. How the hell can it be a first amendment right? Governments dont have rights. They only have authorized powers and responsibilities.
So Conservative states can just pass laws that violate liberal supreme court decisions and any laws that the congress passes that they dont agree with? I'd like to see that.
This has got to be the dumbest idea ever taken up by the court.

  6. The constitution is for the American people period. Pelosi and Schiff are not giving the President of America due process but they give due process to ILLEGAL ALIENS????

  7. I'm not a lawyer but even I know this one. It is NOT protected under the 1st Amendment. Encouraging others to commit a crime is called incitement to commit a crime. Even though the individual inciting the criminal act didn't actually partake in the crime they are as guilty as those that they convinced. It could also be looked at as conspiracy. Enticing or convincing another to commit a crime of any sort is a collusion between two or more individuals in committing an unlawful act and that is a conspiracy. Conspiracy to commit an unlawful act whether the crime is actually carried out or not is a felony crime in itself.

  8. Persuading others? That raises a lot of questions. The law sounds too general and too broad. If you persuade someone to rob a bank or commit suicide, wouldn't that be against the law in several states? You'd be some type of accomplice. But to criminalize someone simply because he or she discussed something with someone that's against federal law but did not actually commit an act that broke the law…well, conspiracy is also against the law, I suppose, but it requires an overt act regardless of whether it's successful or not. So is this law really necessary if it's already illegal according to federal law to enter the country illegally? Conspirators could also be prosecuted for that crime, right?

  9. Evelyn Sieneng-Smith knew she was committing a crime when she induced those illegal aliens to break Federal Immigration Laws! The illegal aliens knew but didn't care that they were breaking Federal Immigration Laws when they remained in the country when informed that they had to go home to their own countries!

  10. They’ll rule it free speech. They failed to protect Christians from the continuing disenfranchisement in Masterpiece Cakeshop case. They also refuse to acknowledge the fact that the 2nd Amendment overrides whatever state-level laws regarding guns are made.

There is little chance they’ll rule in the country’s best interest here.

  11. How is encouraging someone to break ANY law not illegal. If I encourage someone to murder someone else, that's illegal. If I encourage someone to rob someone, that's illegal. If an attorney encourages a client to cheat on their taxes, not only is it illegal, they can be disbarred. But these judges claim the law is vague because it concerns something political. How explicit do you have to be in telling someone you can't make a living by encouraging someone else to break the law! 🤔
Even if it cost the democrats illegal votes in 2020! 🙈🙉🙊

    Trump 2020!!!! 🇺🇸🛐🦅😜

  12. Would it not be a form of criminal conspiracy if a person plans with, encourages or enables others to break Federal law? 18 U.S. Code § 371.Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States

If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided for such misdemeanor.
