Red Sox vs. Yankees ALDS Game 4 score, live updates, highlights | MLB

The Red Sox are a win away from advancing to the American League Championship Series. They’ll try to secure that win Tuesday night when they face the Yankees in Game 4 of their American League Division Series at Yankee Stadium.

Rick Porcello will take the mound for Boston and be opposed by Yankees veteran left-hander CC Sabathia. Porcello has already pitched once in the series; he threw a scoreless two-thirds of an inning of relief in Game 1.

The Yankees will be trying to force a deciding Game 5 one night after a nightmare 16-1 loss in Game 3, the most lopsided postseason loss in team history. Yankees starter Luis Severino lasted just three innings on Monday, giving up six runs on seven hits. All six Yankees pitchers, including backup catcher Austin Romine, allowed at least one run.

Boston’s Brock Holt became the first player to hit for the cycle in a postseason game when he hit a two-run home run in the ninth off Romine.

Nathan Eovaldi was impressive as Boston’s starter, allowing one run and five hits over seven innings.
